Yes! Every item on Artisan's Atelier is carefully vetted to ensure it's genuinely handmade. We work directly with artisans and require detailed information about their crafting process. We don't allow mass-produced or resale items on our platform.

Shipping times vary by artisan and location. Most items ship within 3-7 business days, and delivery typically takes 5-10 business days within the US. International shipping may take 2-4 weeks. You'll receive tracking information once your item ships.

We want you to love your handmade items! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Custom or personalized items may have different return policies. Contact us or the individual artisan for specific return instructions.

Many of our artisans offer custom work! Look for the "Custom Orders Available" badge on artisan profiles, or contact them directly through their shop page. Custom orders may have longer production times and different pricing.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account and view your order history to track shipments. If you don't receive tracking information within the expected timeframe, contact us for assistance.
